Six days ago, I could never have imagined myself doing a handstand. Today, I am still working on my handstand, but I can also do a headstand and a forearm balance.

Yoga camp with Adriene has been an amazing experience that has taught me so much about myself and my body. The challenge continues for the last four days of camp, and I am excited to see what else I can learn and accomplish.
